No todo tiene que ser saludable. Para los que les encantan los postres «raros» le traemos el sencillas receta para nachos dulces para el postre de esta noche (o para cuando sea!).
Los ingredientes
4 tazas de chips de tortilla de harina comprados en la tienda, sin sal
1 cucharada de canela molida
1 cucharada de azúcar granulada
1 taza de chocolate semidulce rallado
1 taza de chocolate blanco rallado
1 taza de Crema Fraiche, la receta sigue
1 taza de salsa de bayas tibias, la receta sigue
Crema Fraiche:
1 taza de crema agria
1/2 taza de crema espesa
1/4 taza de azúcar de confitería
2 cucharadas de licor con sabor a naranja, como triple sec
Salsa Cálida De Bayas:
1/2 taza de azúcar granulada
1 cucharada de licor de elección, como el coñac con sabor a naranja
1 cucharada de mantequilla, a temperatura ambiente
1 cucharada de vinagre de vino blanco
1/4 taza de arándanos
1/4 taza de frambuesas
Salsa picante, salsa de chile y ajo, pimientos picados o semillas de chile, opcional
Direcciones
Precaliente el horno a 350 grados F.
En un tazón, mezcle las papas con la canela y el azúcar, esparciendo el azúcar de manera uniforme. Luego, apila o amontona los nachos en un plato grande o en un plato para servir. Cubra con el chocolate y hornee hasta que el chocolate se derrita, de 8 a 10 minutos. Retire del horno y sirva con Creme Fraiche y Warm Berry Salsa.
Crema Fraiche:
Batir bien la crema agria, la crema espesa, el azúcar de repostería y el licor. Refrigere durante 20 a 30 minutos o hasta toda la noche.
Salsa Cálida De Bayas:
En una cacerola a fuego alto, ponga a hervir 1/2 taza de agua. Reducir el calor y agregar el azúcar y el licor. Continúa cocinando hasta que el azúcar comience a dorarse, de 6 a 8 minutos. Retire del fuego, agregue el vinagre y la mantequilla y coloque en el refrigerador hasta que se enfríe, aproximadamente 10 minutos.
Una vez que la salsa se haya enfriado, agregue las bayas y mezcle bien. Termine con salpicaduras de especias si lo desea.
Una vez mezclado, vuelva a calentar la salsa a fuego lento en una cacerola durante 2 a 3 minutos o en el microondas durante 45 segundos. Servir caliente.
