Aunque el estado de alarma decretado por el gobierno nos hace estar el mayor tiempo aislados en casa para evitar la propagación del coronavirus, hay ciertas excepciones que sí están permitidas para salir de nuestros hogares, ya sea a trabajar, pasear las mascotas, hacer compra o alguna diligencia importante. Para hacerlo con seguridad, aquí te dejamos las recomendaciones de los expertos.
¿CÓMO ACTUAR CUANDO SALES DE CASA?
Las recomendaciones de los oficiales para evitar la infección del covid-19 son las mismas: lavarse las manos con frecuencia, no tocarse la cara, mantener la distancia y evitar el contacto. Esto es necesario realizarlo todo el tiempo, aún estando en casa. Sin embargo, existen otras medidas IMPORTANTES que debes tomar a la hora de llegar a casa al salir a hacer alguna de las cosas permitidas antes mencionadas.
Salir a la calle hace que estes más expuesta a un contagio, por lo que es recomendable tomar todas las precauciones posibles:
- Sal a la calle preferiblemente con manga larga. Aunque el virus no penetra en nuestro cuerpo a través de la piel, tomando estas medidas podemos evitar que éste pueda quedar en nuestros brazos y que acabe infectándonos si nos tocamos la cara.
- Evita el transporte público a toda costa. Si no tienes más opción que utilizar transporte público como el tren o incluso Uber, desinfecta todo antes de sentarte. De igual forma, no olvides tus guantes y mascarillas.
- Utiliza guantes desechables en todo momento.
- Si toses o estornudas, hazlo en el codo, no en la mano o en el aire.
- Si tienes transporte propio es importante desinfectar el guia y todo lo que toques con frecuencia como cinturón, palanca de emergencia, radio, entre otros. También es importante, a medida que puedas viajes solo, a no ser que debas acompañar o llevar a alguien hacer algo importante.
- Si vas a comprar, es preferible que pagues con tarjeta o con ATH Móvil, ya que según expertos, el dinero en efectivo es uno de los principales transmisores del virus.
- Manten distancia pruedente (1 metro y medio aproximadamente) con la gente, ya sea en la calle o en el supermercado.
- Hasta que no te hayas lavado las manos, evita totalmente tocarte la cara, ya que boca, ojos y nariz son los lugares por los que entra el virus.
- Al llegar a casa, evita el contacto con tu familia, incluso con tus mascotas sin antes haberte quitado la ropa que tenias puesta. Clasifica la ropa con la que fuiste a la calle aparte del resto.
