Cuando vivimos en una ciudad como la Gran Manzana, es fácil que se nos antoje viajar a otros países que se encuentren en la zona tropical para cambiar de ambiente y relajar la mente. Este es el caso del famoso ancla de CNN, Anderson Cooper, quien inmediatamente se enamoró de “Cuadrado”, uno de los principales puntos turísticos en el pueblo de Trancoso, localizado en Brasil. Según “Architectural Digest”, desde la primera visita que realizó al mencionado pueblo, fantaseaba con comprar una propiedad en el área. Por tal razón regresó para dar vida a su nuevo refugio vacacional. ¿Por qué quedarse con las ganas de hacer su sueño realidad?
Primeramente, Cooper localizó a Wilbert Das, diseñador y experto en bienes raíces, quien logró conseguir varios terrenos baldíos con una grandiosa variedad de ricos frutos. Al tener los suelos desocupados de cualquier estructura, la elaboración de los diseños fue una de mayor libertad, pues contaron con un canvas limpio para construir libremente. Das diseñó 4 cabañas que localizó a lo largo de un camino ondulante que comienza en el pueblo y llega a un extraordinario bosque tropical. Cualquiera es seducido por esta descripción.

La grandiosa residencia ha ganado el nombre de “Casa Anderson” debido al resultado que obtuvo al finalizar su construcción. Cada una de las cabañas tiene un propósito. En la primera se encuentra la cocina con un estilo puramente acogedor gracias a la aplicación del blanco como color principal. Sin embargo, la utilización del azul en las puertas de los gabinetes, las ollas, vajilla y jarrones dan un toque “vintage” y único. En esta cabaña no vamos a encontrar un comedor tradicional, sino que varios espacios designados para merendar tanto en el interior como al aire libre. La sala de estar también se encuentra en esta área con amplios espacios con un aire rústico.

Se trata de una casa de dos pisos al estilo «tree house» o casa de árbol; no hay nada mas acogedor y agradable que esto. El decorado se encarga de representar las tradiciones del área manteniendo la naturaleza como un elemento principal y decorativo. Esta residencia enamora a cualquier persona que la visite y funciona de inspiración para crear un espacio parecido en nuestro hogar.
