Tras Apple haber adquirido Beats Electronic por $3.2 billones de dólares en el 2014, Dre hizo lo que toda persona hubiese hecho con esa cantidad de dinero: comprar la casa más grande que puedas encontrar, y así fue.
Dre, cuyo nombre real es Andre Romelle Young, compró el año pasado una mansión en Brentwood, California, valorada en $50 millones de dólares. La mansión pertenecía al futbolista Tom Brady y su esposa, la modelo brasileña Gisele Bündchen, quienes la construyeron por $20 millones.
Pero antes, Dre vendió su otra mansión, famosa por tener la mejor vista en Los Ángeles por $32 millones de dólares. Su antiguo hogar de 9,696 pies cuadrados contaba con seis cuartos, nueve baños, una sala de estar, biblioteca, piscina, una bodega y hasta una casa para huéspedes. Además, tenía como vecinos a los actores Leonardo DiCaprio y Keanu Reeves, lo que definitivamente añade valor a la propiedad.
Según el portal Architectural Digest, la nueva mansión del rapero cuenta con seis cuartos, gimnasio y una espectacular piscina en una esquina que ofrece vistas de ensueño y cuya construcción simula la apariencia de un lago natural.
