El rapero, actor, productor, director y guionista O’Shea Jackson, mejor conocido como «Ice Cube», ha recorrido un largo camino desde su comienzo como cantautor en la agrupación de rap N.W.A., cuya primera película biográfica, titulada «Straight Outta Compton», llegará a los cines de Puerto Rico el jueves, 13 de agosto del 2015.
Desde su salido del grupo en el año 1989 para perseguir una carrera de solista, Ice Cube se convirtió en uno de los raperos más exitosos en la historia de la música, expandiendo además sus talento al cine con películas como «Boyz n the Hood», «Friday», «Barbershop», «Are We There Yet?» y recientemente la comedia «21 Jump Street» y su secuela.
Por tal razón, no debe sorprender a nadie que el artista multifacético sea el dueño de una multimillonaria mansión en Los Ángeles cuyo valor aún no ha sido revelado, pero considerando que el actor tienen un valor de $140 millones de dólares y la localización, la cifra debe estar entre los dos y cuatros millones. Aunque otros detalles como cantidad de habitaciones no han sido revelados, imágenes revelan que la mansión cuenta con un enorme piscina y hasta una cancha de baloncesto completa.
Aunque Jackson nunca ha revelado información sobre sus riquezas, evitando el tema durante años, el portal Star Map logró adquirir un ser de imágenes del lujoso hogar que comparte con su esposa Kimberly Woodruff, con quién ha estado casado desde el 1992. Juntos han tenido cinco hijos; Darrel Jackson, Deja Jackson, Karima Jackson, Shareef Jackson y O’Shea Jackson, Jr., quien interpreta a su padre en la película «Straight Outta Compton».
Tampoco es secreto que el productor de series como «Barbershop» en Showtime y «Are We There Yet?» en TBS es fanáticos de los automóviles y reportes de otros medios y amigos indican a que posee una amplia colección de carros lujosos.
El filme «Straight Outta Compton» cuenta la historia del grupo N.W.A., al cual se le adjudica la creación del Gangsta Rap y nació en las calles de Compton, California a mediados de los 80, revolucionó la cultura popular, su música y relatos sobre la vida en el barrio.
