Lista de ingredientes para la carne y las patatas.
Filete de flanco de 1 1/2 libra (650 g), cortado contra el grano
1 1/2 libra (650 g) de papas amarillas bebé, cortadas en cuartos
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
3 cucharadas de mantequilla, dividida
5 dientes de ajo, picados
1 cucharadita de tomillo fresco, picado
1 cucharadita de romero fresco, picado
1 cucharadita de orégano fresco, picado
Sal y pimienta fresca agrietada
Chiles de chile rojo picado, opcional
La marinada
1/3 taza de salsa de soya (o coco amino para paleo y sin gluten)
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
1 cucharada de salsa picante (usamos Sriracha)
Pimienta fresca agrietada
Instrucciones de preparación:
1. En un tazón grande, combine las tiras de carne con salsa de soja, aceite de oliva, pimienta y salsa picante. Ponga a un lado para marinar mientras cocina las papas.
2. En una sartén grande a fuego medio-alto, mezcle 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva y 1 cucharada de mantequilla. Cuando la mantequilla se derrita, agregar las papas. Cocine por aproximadamente 4 minutos, revuelva y cocine 4-5 minutos adicionales hasta que las papas estén doradas y blandas. Transferir a un plato y reservar.
3. Mantenga la misma sartén a fuego medio y agregue las 2 cucharadas restantes de mantequilla, ajo, hojuelas de chile rojo y hierbas frescas. Coloque las tiras de carne en una capa en la sartén, manteniendo el adobo escurrido para más tarde. Cocine a cada lado por 1 minuto cada uno, hasta que esté bien dorado. Ajuste la sincronización según cómo le guste su filete.
4. Justo antes de que el filete esté listo, puede agregar el adobo reservado si lo desea y cocinar por un minuto. Añadir las patatas a la sartén y calentar. Ajuste el condimento con sal y pimienta si es necesario.
5. Retire del fuego y sirva de inmediato, guarnecido con más chile picado, hierbas frescas y un poco de queso parmesano sobre las papas si lo desea. ¡Disfrutar!
