Porciones: 12-15 personas (Una jarra)
INGREDIENTES
– 5 palitos de canela
– 4 manzanas picadas (4 medianas o 5 pequeñas)
– 2 naranjas, cortadas en rodajas finas
– 2 botellas 14 manos calientes para trotar mezcla roja
– 3-1 / 2 tazas de sidra de manzana
– 1 taza de brandy
– 1/2 taza de jugo de naranja
– 1/4 taza de azúcar extrafina
– jugo de 1 limón
– 2 tazas de gaseosa o ginger ale
Extras opcionales:
– azúcar de canela, para el borde de la copa
– palitos de canela altos para decorar
DIRECCIONES:
En una jarra o tazón grande, combine el vino, la sidra de manzana, el brandy, el jugo de naranja, el jugo de limón y el azúcar. Revolver hasta que el azúcar se disuelva. Mezcle las manzanas picadas, las rodajas de naranja y los palitos de canela.
Refrigere por 4-6 horas, o hasta toda la noche. Agregue gaseosa (o ginger ale) justo antes de servir.
Para un toque adicional, borde los vasos con azúcar de canela y decore con una rama de canela alta.
